The challenge in this project was to re-configure and re-dedicate beautiful existing stone mill buildings (including mill wheel, sluice etc) for use as a restaurant bar.
The design proposes the insertion of a glazed pavilion to link the stone buildings but whose structure would evoke the notion of milling, mill wheels etc.
